1. Who we are This website, cushyrider.co.uk (the "Store"), is operated by THG GLOBAL LLC, trading as Cushy Rider ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, with its principal office at 412 W 7th St, STE 1130, Clovis, NM 88101, United States. Contact: support@cushyrider.co.uk.

By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

  • We make every effort to display our products, colours and sizes accurately. Small variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.
  • Size guidance is provided on each product page. Please check it before ordering.
  • Comfort, not medical treatment: our products are comfort garments designed to cushion and reduce saddle pressure. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you experience persistent pain, numbness or skin problems, please consult a healthcare professional.
  • Individual results and comfort levels vary depending on your bike, saddle, riding position, distance and body.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices for other countries may be shown in local currency at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged is the one shown at the time you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other listed providers. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Orders and contract Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, refunds and our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. These do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Use of the Store You agree not to misuse the Store, including by attempting to hack, disrupt or copy it, submitting false information or fraudulent orders, or using automated tools to scrape its content.

8. Intellectual property All content on the Store, including the Cushy Rider name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to THG GLOBAL LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Reviews and user content If you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is honest and your own, and you grant us a free, worldwide licence to display it on our Store and marketing channels. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.

10. Limitation of liability

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
  • Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example carrier delays, strikes, extreme weather or pandemics).
  • Subject to the above, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Third-party links and services The Store may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as payment providers and carriers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country. For consumers in the UK, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the laws of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@cushyrider.co.uk. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days.

13. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
